Build running confidence with Jamie
Whatever your level of fitness or running ability, Jamie Baird organises a weekly track session where everyone does light 'interval' training runs and learns basic stretches to help avoid injuries.
No club membership
You don't need to pay anything other than the small track access fee (c£3) to join one of Jamie's sessions.
The sessions are Weds eve, 6.30-7.30pm.
Ideally drop us a line beforehand to let us know you'd like to come; you'll be very welcome!
