Would you like to help neighbours experiencing challenging times?

ABOUT US
Our volunteers support neighbours living within a km of Queens Park by collecting food gifts & delivering them to homes.
​​
We've been doing this as a cross-community partnership for over five years, working as a team with Akoya, Ark Franklin, Laurence's Larder, Salusbury Primary, Malorees, Gails, Cuore Italian Deli, Coop, Flour Station, Astons Bakery & generous local residents.
We were formerly known as "Gift Your Neighbour".

WHAT CAN I DO?
We would love to gift more fruit & veg to the homes we support, especially as so many children are not able to access much of the healthy stuff.

£20 buys a box of apples supporting 35 homes
​​

​£10 supports an 'essentials'' box which help a family through the week
​​​
-
£5 supports an individual who has fallen on challenging times
​
Anything donated by phone at Lonsdale Party on 18th July will buy the above from Rekki, who are based at NW Works off Salusbury Rd.

FUTURE DONATING
But you can also more regularly donate, taking advantage of 25% Gift Aid, to support the brilliant work of our partner, Laurence's Larder of Christchurch Ave.
Their volunteers give out food gifts and also cook community meals, as well as a wide range of other 'wrap-around' support.

Below is the fantastic "One" Campaign organised by Ark Franklin, where children are encouraged to think of one item a week that they think other children around the wider community might enjoy.
Ark is just one school involved with the initiative....we are happy to work with all schools and their PTAs
