Our Story

We're the Queen's Park Harriers - your local run club.

We want to encourage a 'love of running' because we know it's great for physical and mental health - & to grow community bonds & friendships.

We're ALL ages & run abilities: some of our members run marathons, some much shorter distances, some like cross-country, some just the occasional parkrun.

We're excited to invite you to our Spring 'Couch to 5km' programme, on Thursdays from April 30th for 9 weeks at Willesden Sports Centre.

It'll be fun, friendly & everything you need to feel confident about running 5km or more.

Want to know more?

We're offering up to 30 spaces on the course.

We'll start at 6.55pm with gentle warm-ups with Gavin & the team & follow a course designed by our coaches for you, ending with warm-down exercises at 8pm.

The cost is £20 towards inclusive running opportunities with the Harriers -

but let us know if cost is a challenge

The run is also ideal as a complement to the

Lexi Run Crew 3km run/walk on Sundays at 10am.
